Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree with a minimum of five years clinical experience in surgery is required with minimum of 3 years related management or leadership experience is required. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Current CRNA/CRPNA registration. BCLS-HCP certification is required. Minimum 2 years working with vulnerable populations and/or social services sector. Additional Required Qualifications:
Connect Care experience. Knowledge and ability to work with operational IT programs (E-People, RMS, ESP, Outlook) and financial systems (E-Manager, Oracle).
Preferred Qualifications:
Understands the nuances of the harm reduction spectrum of strategies. Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with service users, team members, and other stakeholders. Leadership skills, coaching, and teaching, and the ability to build confidence and trust in others.
