Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent. Possession of a valid driver's licence. Power Engineer 5th Class Certificate required where boiler support is necessary.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Applicant must possess a grade 12 education with good written and oral communication skills; must be able to speak, write and follow instructions in English. A valid class 5 Alberta driver’s license. Job duties and responsibilities require physical strength and endurance to perform related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in health care maintenance is an asset with strong mechanical skills. Previous experience with grounds equipment such as Skid steer and mowing equipment.
