Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma from an accredited MRI Technologist Program recognized by the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic & Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT) or completion of certification from an accredited MRI Technologist Program plus a diploma from an accredited Program in Medical Radiology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound), Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy. Active or eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Previous supervisory/management experience desired. Leadership and change management skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with technical, medical and administrative personnel. Coaching and mentoring skills to foster an environment of collaboration and effective teamwork. Experience and knowledge of Cross-sectional anatomy. Graduate of a recognized and accredited School of Medical Radiological Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology or Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology, as applicable and/or successful completion of the CAMRT Certification examination. ACMDTT enhanced practice licensure as required. Venipuncture certification required. Central Venous Access Device (CVAD) certification as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Five years’ work experience in Diagnostic Imaging preferred.
