Completion of post-secondary education is required, preferably in the areas of Business Commerce or Operations Management. 5+ years of management/leadership experience is required combined with a background in operations from an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Demonstrated experience in people leadership involving coaching and staff development. Criminal Record check, valid within the last 90 days.
Additional Required Qualifications:All new employees will be required to attend a 4-day Environmental Services Orientation and a 1- day Alberta Health Services Orientation. For internal AHS and Environmental Services applicants: Two professional references are required upon interview. For External applicants: The following must be provided at the time of interview 2 professional references Valid work permit/visa (if applicable) Proof of applicable educational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience within Linen and Environmental Services. Experience in health care or related cleaning and maintenance experience is preferred.
