Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:English language skills, both written and verbal required.
Preferred Qualifications:Proof of current College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) registration and annual practice permit. Recent experience on an Acute Care Addiction and Mental Health unit preferred. Computer skills using AHS computer applications/programs would be an asset (e.g. Netcare, Medworxx, Outlook, and Meditech).
