Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree preferred; however, other educational backgrounds combined with relative work experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience leading project teams. Knowledge and experience using project management principles, tools and methodologies. Broad knowledge of continuing care health services and congregate living settings including design guidelines. Understanding the relationship between Alberta Health Services and private Contacted Providers. Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience reading blueprints & architectural plans. Understanding the basic fundamentals of contracts & legal agreements. Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to function with minimal direction. Possess a high degree of initiative, judgement & decision making capabilities. Experience working within a dynamic, fast paced, ever changing environment.
