Required Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or health informatics related discipline. Minimum of 5 (five) years healthcare experience in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Minimum 2 (two) years of experience working with clinical information systems. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Competence and experience with initiating and fostering positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support clinical operations and facilitate change. Competence and experience in areas of complex problem solving, negotiation, and concerns/conflict resolution. Capacity to think systematically and critically to balance the needs of frontline clinicians while also continuing to advance overarching CIS-related strategies and initiatives. Capacity to organize, track, and follow-up on multiple projects across short- and long-term time periods. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with knowledge transfer and adult education principles. Knowledge and experience in facilitating change. Candidates are required to submit a cover letter along with their resume, specifically outlining how their experience relates to the CIL position.


Preferred Qualifications:

A master’s degree in a healthcare or health informatics related discipline. Experience working the areas of addiction and mental health. Experience with EPIC based software (e.g., eCLINICIAN, Connect Care) applications is strongly desired. A clinical background providing direct patient care. Registration as a healthcare professional.
