Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Working as a member within the ATP Lab Team, this position will be responsible for: Conducting onsite questionnaires Collecting blood and urine specimens Sub-aliquoting and tracking samples to send out for analysis Processing samples in preparation for freezing. Uploading samples into inventory tracking systems. Preparing and packaging samples for shipment in accordance with Transport Canada, Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Guidelines. Labelling specimens and shipments according to established protocols. Updating the Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) system to reflect specimen quality and collection status. Other duties as required. Required is successful completion of a Medical Lab Assistant program with experience performing phlebotomy. You must be eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum two years experience as a Medical Lab Assistant preferred. To ensure your skills and qualifications are considered please attach a resume and cover letter with your application.
