Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized MLA course with demonstrated competency in phlebotomy and demonstration of technical laboratory knowledge and skills. Proficiency in using single channel and multichannel microliter pipettes. Experience in the safe handling of dry ice. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstration of collaboration within a team environment, good interpersonal skills, effective time management and the ability to set priorities. Ability to listen, comprehend and orally respond to or relate information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to prioritize duties and workflow. Punctual and reliable in attendance.
