A minimum of a Master's degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, or related program. Minimum five years of experience in evaluation, applied research, population health, or related field. Demonstrated knowledge and application of the population health promotion model. Project management, program planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation experience. Demonstrated expertise in designing and carrying out quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation projects. Ability to effectively synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate both written and verbally. Strong writing skills are essential to this role. Experience working with databases, performance measurement systems, or other data collection systems. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a variety of disciplines, sectors and stakeholders.
