Minimum 10 years of work-related experience in a large/complex enterprise IT environment. Demonstrated Expert level knowledge of Unified Communications platforms and environments.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Effective communication and organizational skills; strong business writing and presentation skills. The ability to work in a high pressure environment and adapt to change. Ability to provide leadership to junior staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
A post-secondary diploma or degree. Knowledge of the health care environment. Experience with Avaya/Nortel telephone systems. Experience with Cisco IP Telephony solutions. Experience with NEC telephone systems. Experience with MS Lync. Experience with Tandberg and Polycom video conferencing equipment. Experience with Vocera. Experience with Nurse Call systems. Experience with Integrated Call Centres.
