Required Qualifications:

Completion of certificate in Computer Support or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Two year diploma, or equivalent years of service in media, IT intensive related field or customer service related field. Experience working with Audio and video conference technology, Demonstrate experience with Video Conferencing equipment, Knowledge of best practices around room layout, microphone placement & usage , projectors, MS PowerPoint, and other peripherals. Back ground in deploying display technologies, control systems, integrated audio conferencing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Video conferencing and secured wireless transmissions. Ability to interface with all levels of individuals including senior executives. Background in AV or IT deployment. Must have good visual acuity for viewing video and still images, manual dexterity. Effective verbal and written communication competence . Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work well with people, their expertise , and organizational relationships. Manufactures certifications. Scripting experience would also be preferred.
