Required Qualifications:

Completion of certificate in Computer Support or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Successful candidate must have: three or more years of experience providing on site computer support in a diverse team environment. Experience includes implementation, operation, repair and maintenance of computer equipment, applications, and peripherals. In depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to lift 22 Kg (50 lbs.). Valid Class 5 Driver License as travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

IT industry certification(s); i.e. ITIL Foundations certification, A+ Certification and Health Care experience are highly desirable.
