Required Qualifications:

Completion of certificate in Computer Support or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years Deskside experience within the last 5 years. Experience in implementation, operation, repair, and maintenance of computer equipment, applications, and peripherals. In depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Able to establish priorities, schedule work, and assign resources effectively. Able to analyze concerns or problems arising from daily operations. Able to assess the effectiveness of programs on the basis of quantifiable outcomes. The ability to lift 22 Kg (50 lbs.). Able to promote quality improvement strategies and methodologies to staff and a cooperative work environment and spirit. Able to function effectively within a highly demanding, dynamic work environment. Able to meet established, defined, or tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally, and in writing preferred. Able to commit to a high level of customer satisfaction preferred. ITIL certification is preferred but other applicable certifications in lieu of ITIL certification will be considered. Previous experience in a healthcare environment. Able to remain current in IT field.
