Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience with support of Mobile Devices and related services in an Enterprise environment. Minimum 5 years' experience with IT service and support in a Healthcare setting. Customer service support experience. Strong interpersonal, written/verbal and organizational skills. Familiar with ITIL principles. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Skype for Business and Visio. Please note: Monday to Friday Days primarily with On Call Rotation. Connect Care Launch Rotation may require Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekend and On Call Rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions. Experience with enterprise-specific mobile technologies including Apple Business Manager and Samsung Knox Enterprise.
