Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in information technology. Hands-on experience in the development and operation of enterprise integration solutions experience in a healthcare environment is required. Experience with IBM IIB integration software, IBM MQ, Java programming, UNIX operating systems, UNIX shell scripting, XML, XSLT, XPath, PL/SQL, SQL and Oracle is required. Experience with ITIL processes is required. Must have excellent problem analysis, problem solving, prioritization, and organization skills. In depth analytical, technical, skills in software technology. Demonstrated exceptional problem solving skills. Strong customer service commitment. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to gain cooperation of a variety of stakeholders, including management, clinicians, physicians, and coworkers. Knowledge of linkages between processes of healthcare delivery and technology. Ability to set and meet personal deadlines and adapt to changes in priority. Ability to work in a team environment; experience in coordinating teams. Experience writing technical and procedural documentation. Knowledge of established technology industry best practice relating to software applications. Self-directed, highly motivated and results driven with minimal supervision. Clear, effective written and spoken English is an essential requirement for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HL7 v2, v3, IHE, and FHIR an asset. Previous experience in a functional leadership, deliverable coordinator, or project manager capacity an asset.
