Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience with: Working with a variety of different stakeholders to identify and implement improved operational processes. Planning and implementing complex process and integration automation, and workflow processes. Demonstrating the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion. Implementing and operating complex Change and configuration management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Applicable professional or technical certification is preferred. E.g. ServiceNow certification, ITIL certification. 3-5 years’ experience, directly with ServiceNow, preferred: Experience and knowledge of all major available capabilities of the ServiceNow solution. Experience in leading the expansion of the ServiceNow ESM capabilities across a multitude of different departments, for large organization(s). JavaScript experience, specifically with making configuration/custom.
