Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, plus 5 years of related professional experience. 5 years of experience in design and development of data systems and services focusing on scalability, high performance and optimization. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Access, Excel and VBA or .NET technologies. Experience in data mining, query development and multi-system data integration. Experience with SQL and/or various relational database concepts and languages using SQL Server or other data platforms. Project Management experience. Strong understanding of database design. Extensive people management experience: leadership, communication, negotiation, problem solving, self-reliance, and performance management. Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers and staff, and to work effectively in a professional team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced requirements gathering, problem solving, and investigative skills. Willingness to learn and adapt easily to change in the workplace. Ability to explain technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing applications with .NET C#. Experience developing applications with ASP.NET MVC. Knowledge of JQuery, JavaScript. Excellent knowledge and comfort with Visual Studio. Detail oriented and outstanding conceptual and analytical skills. Expert knowledge of Contracting, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse business processes.
