Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Information Technology, Information Sciences or related discipline and/or equivalent experience. Experience transforming end user functional requirements into a workflow based software implementation. Specialized depth in software technology. Knowledge of emerging trends in technology relating to software applications. Experience leading staff and business clients. Self-motivated and ability to work with little supervision. Superior customer relationship skills. Must possess a valid passport and/or relevant documentation allowing entry into the USA and must be able to travel within Alberta.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of degree in Information Technology, Information Sciences or related discipline and/or equivalent experience. Applicable professional or technical certification (e.g. ISP certification, PMP certification, vendor certification, etc.). 3-5 years related experience. Experience in a healthcare environment. Experience implementing, supporting and upgrading single vendor integrated platforms. Epic systems experience and/or training. ITIL education.
