Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

1+ years of experience. Cisco networking knowledge. Experience in healthcare and understanding patient care needs. Valid Alberta driver’s license with ability to travel within Alberta. Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

CCNA Cisco certification. Other Cisco certifications. Understands the key industry issues; uses this knowledge in own work. Expands conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens skills. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
