Required Qualifications:

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered including Grade 12 Diploma or GED, College certificate/diploma in related health care discipline, such as Community Health Representative, Social Work, Nursing. Knowledge of the diversity of Indigenous cultural and political structures and the protocol. Experience working in a culturally diverse environment. Ability and flexibility to travel frequently.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to solve routine and standard problems. Demonstrated punctuality, adaptability, discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability and comfort with coaching and teaching individuals and groups. Ability to speak or understand a local Indigenous language.
