Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, Health Care Administration or a related discipline supplemented by a minimum of 2 years in a human resources role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. A combination of experience and education may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

The applicant must have excellent demonstrated interpersonal, judgement, decision making and coaching skills, supplemented by your solid communication skills. Must be able to build effective working relationships as well as have the ability to influence change with your assigned portfolio leaders. Some travel is required.


Preferred Qualifications:

CPHR designation, Health Care experience, an understanding of the clinical environment in which health care and/or APL operates as well as experience working in a unionized environment are all assets.
