It’s our people that help make us one of Canada’s top employers. You’ll feel good knowing that you have helped us achieve our mission and purpose: to provide a patient-focused, quality health system that is accessible and sustainable for all Albertans. You will also provide consultation on talent management, job classification and compensation in addition to other related HR tasks, duties and responsibilities. As the HRBP Advisor you will provide HR expertise to your assigned clients by advising, coordinating, coaching, and providing strategic direction on a variety of human resource functions with an enhanced focus on workforce initiatives and people management as it relates to investigations, performance management, grievances, and conflict resolution as well as support of workforce related initiatives. In order to be effective in this role, you will have a proven track record of fostering and maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with operational leaders, HR networks, Centres of Expertise, and Union representatives. You are adaptable with the ability to prioritize, multitask while working effectively independently in collaboration with others in a fast paced and progressive environment.
