Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education in a related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

CPA certification required. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills required. A strong commitment to operating within a team environment. University degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline. Equivalences of education and experience demonstrated by progressively more responsible roles may be considered. A minimum of 5 year experience in Payroll or Auditing ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity required. Advanced skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) required. Ability to function independently and in a Team environment in a high demand, multi-tasking environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP or JD Edwards preferred. Experience in a unionized environment preferred. ESP knowledge preferred.
