Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent. Physically capable to lift food, supplies and equipment up to 30lbs and must be able to push/pull meal carts up to 250lbs.

Additional Required Qualifications:

The candidate must be able to read, write and speak clearly using the English language and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality while showing respect to all people is essential. The candidate must be able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, and demonstrate ability to work independently as well as part of the food service team. Applicants must have the physical ability to perform light to moderate lifting and pushing, as well as walking and standing on hard floors for the majority of the day. The candidate must also be able to complete repetitive movements for periods of time. Candidates may require computer skills. Must be available during summer to accept relief shifts for the f/t & p/t employees. Must be available to work Christmas Days plus Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. Must be able to submit availability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of work-related experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred. Preference will be given to those with customer service training and Food Safe certification.
