Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.
Additional Required Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Social work, Psychology, or Nursing. 3-5 years of clinical experience as a family therapist (with supervision) required. Able to function as a family therapist while collaborating with members of the multi-disciplinary team. Able to effectively manage a varied caseload. Able to demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills. Able to demonstrate initiative and recognize limitations. Able to demonstrate skills in interpersonal relationships. Able to handle crisis and stressful situations in a calm facilitative manner. Able to work effectively and collaboratively within a changing acute.
Preferred Qualifications:Successful completion of an accredited certificate program with full membership in AAMFT preferred. 3-5 years in a mental health clinical environment is preferred. Experience with in-patient mental health is preferred. Experience with the adolescent population is preferred.
