Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree in health care leadership, business administration, health informatics, or a related health care field with a demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Progressive senior leadership experience in a health-care environment, including a minimum of ten years of successful and progressive experience in a senior management role in clinical operations background. Extensive practical experience in change management, strategy and policy development, project delivery, program delivery, evaluation and performance management, and process improvement. Demonstrated strong leadership, communication skills, strategic thinker and ability to manage multiple priorities and rapidly shifting challenges across multiple teams.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Passionate, adaptable, relational and innovative leader with a track record of forming strong collaborative relationships across many levels. Awareness of change management, clinical operations and requirements within an extensive, comprehensive, diverse health care system. Understanding and experience with program/project management theories, principles and practices. Creativity, innovation and ability to solve / resolve complex problems quickly with input from other senior leaders.
