Required Qualifications:

The successful incumbent will possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Several years related experience in a health care setting, preferably pharmacy; Proven ability to work within a team as a contributing member; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Proven ability to work collaboratively with other team members from other areas of expertise, and with the most senior management within the organization.


Additional Required Qualifications:

In addition, the successful incumbent would have: The ability to gain extensive knowledge of AHS strategic direction, operating requirements, as well as policies and procedures. Experience working independently within a large organization with a variety of staffing groups.


Preferred Qualifications:

A university degree in health care, pharmacy, business administration or related area is desirable. Equivalencies of education and experience will be considered. Additional training or experience in project management and change management.
