Required Qualifications:

Administrative Assistant certificate and/or diploma or its equivalency. 10 years or more experience in supporting key senior leadership - Advanced, diversified and comprehensive administrative expertise. Exception planning and organizational skills. High degree of initiative, confidence and self-direction. Strong team player within a willingness to assist in various tasks. Demonstrated ability to manage time and resources to accomplish goals. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and changes in priorities. Effective problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with the utmost professionalism. Strong technical capabilities, including advanced working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
