Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Health Care or Business Administration, Degree preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior supervisory position in a Health Care setting overseeing 100+ staff. Advanced computer skills required. Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly at all times with various levels of leadership and front-line staff.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must have excellent knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals and equipment. Must have solid knowledge of all IPC best practices and protocols in regard to all surface cleaning and outbreak management. Must have superior knowledge of Patient Tracking and Bed Tracking Systems. Able to host regular staff meetings and be comfortable speaking to large groups. Experience in managing unionized staff required. Must be able to function with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrate critical thinking skills and have the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals.
