Required Qualifications:

A Law degree from a recognized university. Minimum of 5 years of privacy experience, and at least 3 years in a leadership role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.


Additional Required Qualifications:

An effective communicator, you have proven ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ability to communicate with a variety of audience including senior leadership and the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner. A consummate advocate for Privacy, you are not afraid to speak up and have proven experience in advocating to senior leaders and regulators. With proven leadership skills, you have demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Driven to excellence, you have a history of finding efficiencies in processes and procedures, contributing to process improvements, and fostering culture of same within your team.


Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of the health care system is an asset.
