Required Qualifications:

A degree or equivalent in health care leadership, business administration, health informatics, or a related health care field. Progressive, senior leadership experience in a health-care environment. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Project and Project Server scheduling software. Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel. A proven planner/scheduler who has developed and maintained a (program) schedule spanning multiple projects. Exemplifies a clear pattern of professional and personal development. Proficiency with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal. Ability to strategically influence and move toward a common vision or goal. Strong root cause analysis, decision making and scheduling abilities. Strong ability to develop and produce reports of high quality on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate efficiently in complex, professional environments.


Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional designation would be an asset. Experience with Enterprise level Electronic Health Care Record systems. Experience with Epic Software platform would be an asset. Epic Implementation experience preferred. Experience with Information Technology projects software, hardware or related infrastructure would be considered an asset.
