Required Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of a baccalaureate degree in a Health related or Business Administration field and a minimum of 5 years work experience in a management role related to the delivery of health services in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities, coaching and teaching with an ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, customer focused orientation and commitment to provide a quality service. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. An ability to manage resources in a complex environment. An ability to build and foster collaboration with stakeholders, caregivers, senior management and external agencies.


Preferred Qualifications:

Evidence of effective critical thinking skills. Evidence of initiative and accountability. Evidence of self- awareness and ability to manage self. Evidence of thoroughness and attention to detail in performing tasks. Evidence of effective engagement strategies. Evidence of ability to build effective coalitions with others.
