Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in Business or other health care profession. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a health care professional in supply chain or contracting required. Demonstrated success in independent directorship and management of complex issues with physicians and clinicians. Experience working within a health care organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity, with good knowledge of corporate culture which can assess any cultural gaps against key organizational objectives. Expert level knowledge of site laboratory services environment and clinical business processes. Demonstrated application of systems thinking, change management and directorship strategies, ability to think systematically and critically. A solid understanding of change process and people implications; ability to work effectively at most senior levels of the organization. Other Preferred Qualifications: A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Uses extensive clinical informatics expertise for: complex data analysis/interpretation, and/or the delivery on a benefits realization strategy. The ability to interpret internal organization/external industry challenges, and recommend best practices to improve processes or services. Broad experience in facilitation/coordination of project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation. Significant experience in problem solving, concerns resolution, investigation, and negotiation. Strong and effective communication and organizational skills; the ability to influence and collaborate with people at all levels of the organization, a client focused orientation, and commitment to providing quality service. Ability to develop and facilitate presentations to convey information or transfer knowledge. Working knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, healthcare management, or a health-related area. 10+ years’ experience as a health care professional. Additional undergraduate or graduate program(s) in Supply Chain Management or a Clinical discipline. Additional advanced practice, including, but not limited to, change management (PROSCI), project management (PMP), public participation (IAP2), clinical informatics, and/or continuous improvement (LEAN) certification(s). Oracle experience.
