Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree with a strong quantitative focus (e.g. biostatics, health economics, mathematics, statistics, operations engineering, health sciences, epidemiology, etc.). Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and statistical software applications. Five (5) years of applicable experience - Experience with statistical programming, such as SAS, Stata, or SPSS. Knowledge of, and ability to produce, descriptive and inferential statistics and predictive analytics. Experience in screening, cleaning, linking, creating, modifying, validating and analyzing large data sets in a statistical or database-management software package.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to learn and understand clinical issues. Proficient presentation of statistical analyses to non-statistical audiences, ability to presents complex, broad, or ambiguous analytical information to stakeholders (including methodological and measurement concepts) in common language, using strong communication/visualization to move data to actual decisions. Ability to translate data and findings into useful advice/information for clients. Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to produce reports and communicate with clients. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to become proficient with new software packages. Broad understanding of the health care system. Ability to understand clinical issues and communicate effectively with clients across the organization.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and statistical software applications is a requirement. Experience in health care is an asset.
