Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree in a health or science related field or Certification as a Clinical Research Associate through the Society of Clinical Research Associates.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to addiction & mental health, health services delivery, health informatics, or data management (e.g. Community Health Sciences, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Psychology, Sociology). A diploma or certificate in a related field with experience or educational equivalencies will also be considered. Experience with: Collecting, verifying, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting large-scale data sets. Training and supporting others, both individually and in groups, in data collection procedures and the use of information systems. Addiction and mental health (or health care) service delivery and business processes. Multi-site computer based information systems or other automated data collection methods. Reporting, presentation, and statistical analysis software (Access, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, SPSS, Tableau, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to: Receive direction, collaborate with others, and work effectively in a team environment. Clearly communicate and consult with all stakeholders both orally and in written form. Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Plan, problem-solve, and organize multiple tasks and priorities. Work both independently and collaboratively.
