Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a strong quantitative and qualitative component in a related field, e.g., public health, psychology, biostatistics, epidemiology, data science or other related fields.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Formal training in project evaluation and/or research methods and data analysis. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with databases and tools for querying, integrating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting and disseminating data in evaluation and/or research. Experience in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Access) and SPSS software is required. Must have Oracle SQL or other comparable database query and report writing experience. Experience in qualitative data collection and analysis, and literature reviews is required. Proficient written and verbal communication skills is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in the health-care industry.
