Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of related commercial/institutional construction project management experience with preference in hospital or healthcare facility construction and/or healthcare facility management experience. Technology Diploma in Architecture, Building or Engineering and/or Journeyman Construction Trade Certificate. Well-developed interpersonal (influence, persuasion, negotiation, leadership and communication) skills are required for this position. A combination of experience and education may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management (Building Construction). CAPM designation associated in the Building Infrastructure Industry.
