Required Qualifications:

Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree (Masters or equivalent preferred) in related field (health promotion, health equity, community engagement) required. Minimum three to five years of community development, community engagement or community health experience required. Experience in working with or delivering services with and for diverse and vulnerable populations.

Additional Required Qualifications:

In-depth understanding of indigenous health equity issues and the Truth and Reconciliation Committee Recommendations. Ability to successfully engage with diverse partners.
