Required Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree and a minimum of five years of experience in a financial management, program management, data analysis, or policy advisor or consultant role, preferably in the health care field. Program management, time management, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication (written and verbal), mathematical ability, computer literacy (solid competency with MS Office, spreadsheets and databases) is required Demonstrate expertise in contract development including researching and developing remuneration models, deliverables, and metrics. Apply strategic thinking: contract risk assessment, analysis of program and project issues and related development of options, strategies, communication and implementation plans. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to summarize complex ideas and scenarios; clearly articulate these to others; employ diplomacy and sensitivity in communications in what can often be delicate, politically sensitive, or emotionally charged situations or relationships; and ensure accuracy of meaning, particularly when dealing with contractual discussions or negotiations. General finance/budgeting/accounting skills.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Broad awareness of MA, AHS, and broader scope political considerations, events, initiatives, and priorities, as they may impact upon the Coordinator’s role or projects. Awareness of remuneration models and rates for both contractors and employees. Very strong analytic and critical thinking skills and in particular the ability to: Quickly identify and communicate areas of commonality and difference. Identify and articulate principles underlying particular approaches/strategies and extrapolate on those principles. Identify short term, intermediate steps that contribute to long term goals. Identify and anticipate issues, gauge their level of risk to AHS, and identify options for mitigation.
