A post secondary degree in Volunteer Resources/Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Management in Human and Social Services or an equivalent of experience, education, and training may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Supervisory experience is required. Personal volunteer experience is required. Food Service experience is required. Food Handler certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
VMPC membership and certification in Volunteer Administration (CVA) is preferred. Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar leadership role within a volunteer resource environment in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity is preferred (healthcare experience is an asset).
