Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a clinical health-related field or equivalent years of applicable experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering addiction and mental health supports and services to youth and young adults in a primary care, tertiary care, or school setting. Minimum of 2 years experience in quality improvement and change implementation of large-scale projects. Experience in engaging diverse stakeholder groups such as primary care, schools, community organizations, and youth organizations in partnership initiatives. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with stakeholders. Knowledge of the health system and leading practices applicable to change implementation. Demonstrated leadership skills, especially leading multidisciplinary teams, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Experience with clinical, health systems, or social science research including quantitative and qualitative methods and knowledge synthesis. Effective communicator with positive influential skills that support an orientation to patient and family-centered care.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Successful leadership experience in clinical practice change environments including project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project deliverables on interdependent and overlapping timelines. Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and governance frameworks. Experience with developing evaluation and measurement frameworks (including benefits realization strategies), and designing reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders Experience in the participation of senior level planning, research projects or teams, project analysis, outcomes, report development and dissemination of results. Knowledge and experience in application of business planning, modelling concepts, and program/project management theories, principles and practices. Significant experience in problem solving, concerns resolution, investigation, and negotiation. Strong facilitation and mediation skills. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, patient focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services; ability to relay or explain complex issues or difficult situations. A proven track record of demonstrable leadership and professional accomplishments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with First Nations communities including partnership facilitation and knowledge of OCAP. A designation in quality improvement, process improvement, project management, or change management such as PMP, ProSci, or AIW.
