Required Qualifications:

Degree in a health care or related discipline required. Previous experience in a health care field required. Solid critical thinking. Flexible and creative problem solving skills. Demonstrated constructive conflict management mediation skills. Exceptional communications skills. Comfortable with negotiation strategies. High level of emotional intelligence and resiliency. Strong active listening skills. Ability to de-escalate tense and emotionally charged situations. Sensitive and skilled in interpreting non-verbal communication. Valid driving license required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Continuing Care experience an asset.
