Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable regulatory body. Must hold general registration prior to starting in the position. 5 years' experience in providing mental health assessment and intervention, including restricted activity of psychosocial intervention.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or advanced level experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in providing addiction and mental health assessment and intervention, including restricted activity of psychosocial intervention. Knowledge of Addiction & Mental Health Programs and community resources. Excellent communication skills and ability to form strong working relationships with community stakeholders required. Must be flexible, adaptable to change and able to prioritize competing demands on time. NVCI and suicide intervention training required. Working knowledge of crisis resources in the community required.
Preferred Qualifications:A combination of education and work experience may be considered for this position.
