Completion of bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college. Emergency/ICU or critical care nursing experience and/or drug information background.
Additional Required Qualifications:For Pharmacists: Recent 2-5 years hospital or clinical pharmacy experience required. For Registered Nurses: Recent 2-5 years Emergency, Critical Care nursing experience required. Strong clinical assessment skills and working knowledge of pharmacy. Proven ability to build and foster reciprocal relationships and build consensus. Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members, peers and both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated independence. Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills including providing peer feedback Creative, flexible, well-organized and demonstrated systems thinker.
Preferred Qualifications:Certified Specialist in Poison Information (CSPI) designation an asset.
