Required Qualifications:

Only International Medical Graduates (IMGs) who have submitted a complete application package to ACSAP and shared the applicable documentation according to the requirements listed on the program website are eligible to apply. Applicants must have one of: A current Limited Practice Register – Clinical Assistant license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. A current active application with the Alberta Clinical and Surgical Assistant Program (ACSAP). Be eligible to participate in the Alberta Clinical and Surgical Assistant Program (ACSAP) and have initiated the application process. http://www.albertahealthservices.ca/assets/info/hp/phys/if-hp-phys-acsap-program-requirements.pdf . Applicants with recent experience in the clinical management of neonates and experience in the Canadian health system are preferred. Preference will be given to individuals with neonatal training in Canada.
