Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in a health related field required; Master’s Degree in Business, Administration or Health related field preferred. Formal training/designations and/or experience in project management and/or quality and process improvement methodologies and tools/techniques are necessary. 3-5 years’ experience in a health care setting required with acute / ambulatory preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in areas of project management, change management, data analysis and evaluation, quality and process improvement, risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience in the realm of developing strategies to action PFCC and Engagement; preference for paediatric understanding and experience. Strong knowledge of and commitment the principles and practice of Patient & Family Centred Care and Engagement.
