Required Qualifications:

Completion of a bachelor's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the applicable college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience in a health care setting with persons with severe and persistent mental illness, related knowledge and experience will be considered Demonstrated effective communication, facilitation, interpersonal, team membership and leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a multidisciplinary environment. Demonstrated proficiency in co-coordinating and performing activities and care in a clinic setting. Ability to apply instructional techniques and principles of adult learning. Knowledge of regional services and principles of adult learning. Sufficient knowledge of the CTO and Mental Health Act Legislation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of regional services and demographics preferred.
