Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in nursing with skills and experience relevant to nursing practice in community sector. 3-5 years recent leadership experience. Knowledge of seniors’ health and life transitions. Working knowledge of health care system required. Demonstrated and clear pattern of professional and personal development. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills required. Demonstrated ability to effect change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Current CARNA registration. Computer literacy. Current BCLS-HCP certification required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree is preferred. 5 years of clinical health experience in continuing care preferred.
