Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Health-care field.


Additional Required Qualifications:

5 years of recent clinical experience including community care in a professional capacity providing direct patient care. 3 years of recent leadership experience (e.g) clinical nurse educator or practice lead. Previous management experience in health related field preferred. Leadership skills essential with knowledge of change management, conflict resolution frameworks and coaching models. Demonstrated decision-making abilities and strong interpersonal skills required. Must have exemplary communication skills both verbal and written and have a collaborative engaging leadership style. Skill in project management and ability to lead teams through changing program priorities and service delivery initiatives. Note: This position requires a vehicle for business use. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work related travel is required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a clinical specialty or Healthcare Administration. Knowledge of AHS regional administration, personal computing systems and budget management would be an asset.
